Yes! The online booking form fields can be customized using Salesforce field sets. If you make changes to an existing field set, remember to go to Configure → Online Booking Form and click Save to push updates.
If the "Create New Records as Leads" setting is enabled, new customers entering the online booking form will be created as Leads in Salesforce if no matching record is found.
